This week Im reviewing books again, and these two I love. These are 100% my “go to” books when I’m stuck or need some inspiration for lunch or dinner.

These books are packed with great recipes. If I had to pick one of these 2 great books it would be the everyday light one. As I felt there was more substantial hearty cooking recipes.
To name a few recipes you must try from the everyday light book are “Melt in the middle Fishcakes”, really easy to make and really tasty. “Seekh Kebab Rolls” was also a great easy lunch choice. I made “Jambalaya” from this book and it’s amazing, I added a bit more spice to give it a slightly stronger kick though. Another favourite was “Pork Cassoulet” it was full of flavour and you can batch cook it. As you can tell I love this book and will always recommend it to anyone who says, “I don’t know what to cook!” as there are so many different easy recipes in this book.
From the 100 slimming home styled recipes I would highly recommend you try “BBQ chicken drumsticks and thighs. These were great on a BBQ or grilled and is now my choice for BBQ sauce as its sooo tasty. The smoked salmon and broccoli quiche were also a very tasty light lunch choice which I loved making. This is just to name a few great recipes in this book and the list goes on.
Both books gets 5 Stars as this has kept my dinners, lunches and desserts for family and friends interesting and never boring. Also keeping them light and slimming (although I do cheat and add extra bits in to give it that something extra).
If you are trying to lose weight and want something super tasty these two books are highly recommended by myself as I have tried most of the recipes and they are all great!
If you need something easy these books cannot be any simpler. The instructions are easy to follow, ingredients are easy to find and its great for people who are beginners in the kitchen.

So what are you waiting for? If you don’t believe me give it ago. Love to hear your feedback!
